Bishop Crest is the founder and leading pastor of More Than Conquerors Church.  The Lord orchestrated a series of miracles and events that revealed  He wanted Bishop Crest to start MTC.  So in November 1999, Bishop Crest launched MTC by faith.  MTC has since been involved in a variety of ministry efforts, such as outdoor community events, live streaming, street evangelism,  and several mission trips to Central America.  Bishop Crest and MTC currently cover and support ministry efforts in Belize.  

Bishop Crest passionately loves all people with the love of Christ.  He believes in the power of prayer as the scriptures declare in James 5:16, " The fervent, effectual prayer avails much".   

[Sharon Crest ] was appointed to serve as More Than Conquerors Church's Senior Pastor [ October 2022]. Before that, she held numerous positions at MTC.  In fact, she has extensive experience in various ministry positions.  She has held several pastoral positions, including Executive Pastor, Youth Pastor, and Co-Pastor.

She attended Rock Church Bible College, where she received an Associate's degree in Ministerial Studies.

Pastor Sharon is a remarkable leader who has proven herself to be tenacious in ministry.  She has preached to Mayan Indians in the remote jungle villages of Belize, as well as feeding the hungry in Nicaragua.  Her passion for souls, women, and prayer is her most apparent attribute.  

She has faithfully served beside her husband in More Than Conquerors Church since its inception.
